Like Julien Blanc Gras in his book "Touriste", which I highly recommend, you look at your globe (or better said, one of your ten globes) and realize that you've never been to Siberia. Moment of panic: you'll never be able to visit everything in a lifetime.

Until the next departure, you collect objects related to travel, almost as an addiction, and your loved ones make it even worst by offering you a scratch off world map, or a world clock. A world clock! You can have breakfast at Sydney time and dinner at LA time. Yeah!

Even better, you're given a world map shower curtain. Between the coconut bubbles, you dream of faraway places, when suddenly, you spot Ellesmere Island. You HAVE to go to Ellesmere Island, it seems inaccessible and super remote, awesome!"

Since my very first trip abroad, I caught the travel bug. As a teen, all my savings and gifts went to traveling. But I really found my passion during my Master in European Tourism Management studies. That was when I set foot in the Arctic for the first time.

 

After a thesis on polar tourism and more than 10 years of experience in the language travel industry, I decided to become a Freelance Writer & Translator. Though my passion is polar tourism, I love writing about any destination and a wide range of topics. I also offer voice over services (ACX compliant).

When I'm not on the road, I stick to regular office hours. My only focus is YOU and YOUR project. I will always keep you up-to-date on my availability, and I'm highly reliable and flexible.

WORK EXPERIENCE

TRANSLATIONS, WRITING, VOICE OVER AND ONLINE MARKETING

September 2015 - Present

- Translations/localisation in French, English and Spanish: My areas of specialty include tourism/hospitality, travel, languages and nature but I also have experience in very different industries including marketing, technology, real estate, health & beauty, music, art & movies, finance and business, among others.
